About Premier Fish
History
Premier Fish Ltd was created in 1995, trading as a local retailer. We have since become a leading supplier of quality fresh and frozen fish, game, and delicatessen products, supplying the south of England.
Our reputation has been built on our prompt personal service and our ability to supply top quality products.
We have access to a wide network of suppliers, all audited and personally checked by our buyers.
Due to a dramatic increase in business, Premier Fish recently undertook a major refurbishment. This included a mezzanine floor, which more than doubled our office space, an additional cold store and a fish preparation area. We also added new refrigerated vehicles to our existing fleet.
Our service
Premier Fish operates a price match guarantee policy which means that we will match any price our competitors offer you (as long as that product is in stock with them). Premier Fish aim to give you the best value for money and you will find that we are often offering the best prices already.
Our aim is to meet and exceed all expectations of our customers, and to consistently provide a full range of quality fresh and frozen products, coupled with a service to match.
We are confident that we can offer a quality, friendly service that is second to none.
Fresh fish can be prepared to your exact requirements by our skilled staff. Orders will be boxed up, iced down and delivered by our fleet of fully refrigerated vehicles.
Should any preparation be required, it will be carried out to the highest standard then packed with pride. Appropriate inspection standards are maintained throughout.
Our products
Fresh products are bought on a daily basis and prepared to our customer’s exact specification. Frozen seafood products are delivered to us three times a week and stored in our purpose-built cold store. A strict stock rotation policy ensures that customers always receive products with the best storage life.

Mission Statement
Our policy is to ensure the continuation of a profitable business and the protection of jobs through continuing customer satisfaction. This goal is achieved by ensuring that customers receive the service they expect, along with a quality product. The objective of the company is to get things right each and every time, and provide “total customer satisfaction”.
We improve our system with regular reviews of all procedures and problems and keep all staff up to date. Managing Director Steve Gillingham is responsible for the achievement and maintenance of this policy and he is also responsible for the administration and control of quality assurance throughout the company.
All fresh products are bought on a daily basis and prepared to the customer's exact specification upon request.
