Charlie’s Smokehouse is located in the picturesque village of Downton, and are experts in producing hot and cold oak smoked trout and oak and beech smoked salmon. Everything is prepared, sliced and packed by hand to deliver a high-quality eat and finish. The team at Charlie’s Smokehouse take pride in working with only the highest quality fish, and work to minimise environmental impact and adhere to high welfare standards including low stocking densities to ensure happy healthy growth.
