Premier Fish responsibilities include storage, preparing and distribution of chilled, frozen and ambient products. We are committed to providing a service that will exceed our customers’ expectations; this is achieved by ensuring it’s done safely and fully compliant with all relevant legislation.


In order to meet this commitment Premier Fish has designed and put in place a comprehensive risk based quality management procedure based on the principles of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP).


These procedures include delivery, storage, preparation, service and distribution. We will continuously evaluate our operations to identify opportunities for improvement.


As managing director I will ensure that all resources necessary will be there to meet this commitment are provided.
