Business Update – 22nd June 2020
For over 25 years, Premier Fish have been helping chefs across the South of England to serve fantastic quality fish and seafood to their customers.
While lockdown has been in place, we’ve stayed busy supplying our clients that have continued to trade. In addition, we have set up a home delivery service to support the local community. We wanted to make sure that the public could continue to enjoy seafood at home. Based on the excellent feedback we have received we will continue to offer the home delivery service going forward.
In anticipation of the hospitality sector reopening, and as part of our ongoing commitment to quality and service, we have been making positive changes across the business.
Here are some of the things we have been doing:
We have adjusted our business to ensure that we are working within the safe distancing guidelines advice
Our Health & Safety policies and Risk Assessment documents have been updated
Our people are our priority and have received training to ensure they understand the new guidelines
We continue to practice high standards of hygiene, as you would expect within a food business
Additional hand sanitization has been supplied, together with PPE
Our drivers have clear instructions on how to make deliveries safely for all of our customers
We understand, as the hospitality sector opens in the “new normal”, that these are challenging times for your business. With extensive experience in the sector, our team are here to support you.
Premier Fish has a wide range of products, many of which are individually portioned, meaning that you can control your stock and minimise wastage easily. Whether it’s fresh or frozen seafood you’re after, we’ve got you covered.
