Founded in 1995, Premier Fish began as a local retailer. Since then, we have grown to become a trusted supplier of a wide range of fish and seafood to the hospitality sector across the south.
We started with a simple passion: to provide the freshest, highest quality seafood. For over two decades, we've built on that legacy, growing our business and expertise by fostering strong relationships with local fishermen and understanding every aspect of the trade.
Premier Fish has grown from a single site near Salisbury to a powerful network of five. Each location plays a vital role in our service commitment. Downton acts as our Head Office and central preparation and operations hub; the Premier Smokehouse provides unique, premium smoked fish; and our depots in Wimborne and Portsmouth ensure rapid, ultra-fresh delivery across the region. This structure is specifically designed to raise our service levels for you, and we also proudly operate a popular, traditional retail fishmonger on Fish Row in Salisbury.
