At Premier Fish we know a thing or two about fish! We’ve been working with chefs across the South West, including Dorset, Wiltshire, Sussex and Hampshire for over 25 years.
Your Local Independent Fishmonger
Our team is highly experienced in sourcing the highest quality seafood to meet the demands of our customers across the hospitality sector, including restaurants, pubs, hotels and event caterers. Working with local day boat fishermen we bring the best of the prime South Coast fish to our customers, from Brill and Turbot, through to Plaice, wild Sea Bass, Dover and Lemon Soles, we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality, consistently.
At Premier Fish, we are known for our passion for premium quality shellfish, including Oysters, Crabs, Mussels and Lobsters. We have our own Lobster tanks on-site, meaning that we can deliver live Lobsters to customers daily. We want our chefs to have high-quality seafood on their menus 52 weeks of the year.






We know a thing or two about fish!
We are bringing in farmed Sea Bass, locally sourced Chalk Stream Trout, farmed Salmon and more, to supplement the locally caught fish. The team have selected a supporting range of frozen seafood, including all your favourites.
Each order is bespoke to the customer and prepared to their exacting requirements, the fish arrives exactly as ordered. Our team of highly skilled craftsmen, prepare each order individually, with care and attention.
Our drivers are delivering in fully refrigerated vans six days a week to keep our customers fully stocked.
